STEP 1: Read and understand the following documents found below:
  *DELTA Subscriber Agreement
   *DELTA Subscriber Web Access Requirements
   *DELTA Notice To Users Of Consumer Reports:
        Obligations of users under the FCRA-Appendix C-Part 601

Return the completed DELTA Subscriber Agreement to us by fax, Email, or postal mail
and we’ll set up a meeting to go over your specific needs.

As part of our service, the Dedicated DELTA Team will help you set up and design your new
Pre-Employment Screening Program with you at no extra cost.

We’ll go over everything you need to keep you in compliance with the FCRA, supply you with all the forms necessary (personalized for your business!), and will train your staff on how to implement your new program.

In addition, all your information is kept on our secure-password protected web interface, allowing you to instantly access your ALL of your company’s transactions (including your signed copy of the DELTA Subscriber Agreement, Email, PES Request, PES Completed Report and Invoicing Logs!)

STEP 2: START SCREENING!

* Give your Applicant/Employee a copy of “A Summary of Rights Under The FCRA”

* Have applicant fill out and sign the DELTA Authorization Form and return it to us via fax or e mail,  
 initiating your Pre-Employment Screening Report.

* The DELTA PES Team will process your request. A detailed report is completed within 
 1-5 business days, depending on its research complexity, and is returned to you via fax, Email, or is
 available for you to view online on your secure account.

Hire your applicant if our report returns no adverse information.

Don’t hire the applicant if our report shows adverse hiring information:

*Supply the applicant with a copy of FCRA “Summary of Rights”, and a notification of Adverse   
 Action Letter
